The photographer neglected to use Saturday’s sign. But, that is fine - we just wanted to get a photo of Hope’s final show for 2022. She will go into 2023 with 1 point from the BBE Puppy class after a total of 6 shows. We look forward to seeing how she matures in 2023.

One Gleanntan Skye competed at Cruft 2022 held in Birmingham, UK. Owner Simon Whincup competed at Crufts on Friday, March 11 with Gleanntan Look At Me At Partisky - “Ada”. Ada earned 2nd Place in the Puppy class.
Maida and I had two of our Skyes entered in the first shows of our 2022 season. We had 3-year old GCH. Gleanntan Graceful Dancer - "BeBe" and 10-month old Gleanntan My Fair Lady - "Ellie" entered in the two Maryland KC shows in West Friendship, Maryland. BeBe earned BOB both days (Sat judge: Julie Felton and Sun judge: Mr. Geir Flyckt-Pedersen) and she made the cut in an incredibly deep terrier group today under judge Mr. Geir Flyckt-Pedersen. We are also grateful to Mr. Geir Flyckt-Pedersen for his compliments of our two Skye girls.

Judi Fleischaker and Amy Andrews have “WatchHer” - CH. Gleanntan Dance Like No One’s Watching entered in the shows in Novi, Michigan this weekend. On Friday, at the Livonia KC show, WatchHer earned a Group 2 in an entry of 143 terriers under judge Mrs. Jacqueline L. Stacey.

Ashley Burnside had 10-month old Juneau (Gleanntan Gold Rush, TKN) entered in the Great Barrington KC shows in West Springfield, MA on February 5-6. Juneau showed nicely and she won her class both days. Thank you to Anthony Lopiccolo for the wonderful photos and the video clip.

GCHS. Gleanntan’s Sure Shot Greyjoy - “Archer” was entered in four shows in Richmond, VA - the back-to-back Virginia Terrier Club shows on Friday, followed by the Middle Peninsula KC of Virginia shows on Saturday and Sunday. At the first Virginia Terrier Club show, Archer earned a Group 1 (Best in Show) under judge Bruce Schwartz. At the second Virginia Terrier Club show, Archer earned a Group 3 under judge Dr. Andrew Kramer. At the Saturday Middle Peninsula KC of Virginia show, Archer earned a Group 1 under judge Desmond J. Murphy. At the Sunday Middle Peninsula KC of Virginia show, Archer earned a Group 1 under judge David J. Kirkland, and then he went on to Reserve Best in Show under judge Bruce Schwartz. Archer was handled at the four shows by Adam Peterson.

At today’s Manchester Championship Show in the U.K., 9-month old Gleanntan Look At Me For Partisky - “Ada” (MBISS GCHS. Linum The Juggler x CH. Gleanntan Gottaluvme2) earned second place in a puppy class with four entries, thus qualifying for Crufts 2022. Ada is owned by Simon Whincup.

On January 8 and 9, Ashley Burnside participated in the South Merrimack KC shows in West Springfield, MA. The Skye entry was 0-4-0-1 with one class bitch absent and the bitch special absent. On Sunday, under judge John Wade, “Juneau” - Gleanntan Gold Rush, TKN earned Reserve Winners Bitch from the 9-12 mo. Puppy class.
